Welcome to lakwin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the lakwin website located at https://lakwin.cam (the "Site"), our mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• "lakwin", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the lakwin platform operated under PAGCOR license.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Services.
• "Account" means the player account registered on lakwin through which you access the Services.
• "Balance" means the amount of funds credited to your Account available for wagering or withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to use the Services:

• You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions lists.

3.2 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number
• Email address
• Residential address within the Philippines
• Payment information (GCash, bank account, or other approved payment method)

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You must immediately notify lakwin of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. lakwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. lakwin employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts using device fingerprinting, IP tracking, payment method analysis, and other technical measures.

3.4 Verification and KYC

lakwin is required under PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide upon request:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (bank statement, GCash screenshot, or card verification)
• Source of funds documentation if deposits exceed certain thresholds
• Any other documentation reasonably requested by lakwin to comply with legal obligations

lakwin reserves the right to suspend your Account and withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed. Refusal to provide requested documentation will result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lakwin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and other approved payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and refund of deposited funds minus any applicable fees.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. lakwin reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits to promote responsible gaming and comply with AML regulations. You may set your own deposit limits through your Account settings.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly. In certain cases, deposits may be delayed due to payment processor issues, verification requirements, or security checks. lakwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a foreign currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, and conversion fees may apply.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays). Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen payment method and may take additional time.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To withdraw funds, you must:

• Complete full Account verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.4
• Meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses or promotions
• Have no pending disputes or investigations on your Account
• Withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. lakwin reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal limits based on your Account activity, deposit history, and risk profile.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

lakwin does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment processor or bank may impose transaction fees. lakwin is not responsible for third-party fees.

5.5 Refusal of Withdrawals

lakwin reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if there are unresolved verification issues. We will notify you of the reason for refusal and the steps required to resolve the issue.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

lakwin offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are provided at the time of the promotion and form part of this Agreement.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw bonus winnings. Wagering contributions vary by game type. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

lakwin employs sophisticated fraud detection to identify bonus abuse including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage betting, or any other activity intended to exploit promotional offers without genuine risk. Bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and Account closure. lakwin reserves the right to withhold or reverse any funds associated with bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Discretion

lakwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude players from bonuses at our sole discretion.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bets and Wagers

All bets are final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified. lakwin reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of technical error, obvious pricing error, or if the bet was placed after an event had already started (late bets).

7.2 Casino Games

Casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games are governed by the rules published within each game. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules, lakwin's decision is final. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting is subject to specific rules published in our Sportsbook section. lakwin follows industry-standard settlement rules and official results from recognized sports organizations. 7.4 Lottery and Bingo

Lottery draws and bingo games are conducted according to the specific rules of each game. Results are determined by certified random number generators or live draw mechanisms. lakwin is not responsible for technical issues that interrupt a game in progress, but will make reasonable efforts to restore the game or refund bets as appropriate.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Create multiple Accounts or allow others to use your Account
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location
• Engage in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of fraudulent play
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets
• Exploit software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes
• Provide false information during registration or verification
• Use stolen payment methods or funds from illegal sources
• Harass, threaten, or abuse lakwin staff or other players
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Services
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Player Protection

We provide tools to help you control your gambling including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. 9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from lakwin for a period of your choosing (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. 10. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without express written permission from lakwin.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. lakwin complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lakwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall lakwin's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lakwin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact lakwin customer support via live chat or email. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days. Please provide all relevant information including Account details, transaction references, and a clear description of the issue.

14.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If your dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory compliance department. PAGCOR will investigate the complaint and issue a determination. lakwin agrees to be bound by PAGCOR's final decision.

14.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

15. Account Closure and Suspension

15.1 Your Right to Close

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance subject to these Terms. If you fail to withdraw your Balance within 30 days of closure, lakwin reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from dormant balances.

15.2 lakwin's Right to Suspend or Close

lakwin reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Extended period of Account inactivity
• At the direction of PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities

Upon Account closure initiated by lakwin, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. If closure results from violation of these Terms, lakwin may forfeit your Balance. If closure is for other reasons, lakwin will refund your Balance after deducting any amounts owed to us.

16. Technical Issues and Malfunctions

lakwin is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions, communication failures, Internet disruptions, server downtime, or errors in game software. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided, and funds will be refunded to affected players. lakwin's decision regarding technical issues is final.

17. Amendments

lakwin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Site or sending an email to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your Account.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and lakwin concerning your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
